<p><span style="color: #b74646;">With the current Royal Mail strikes, we are doing everything in our power to ensure your parcel arrives in time for you to receive for Christmas by despatching our end in time. However, we do not have any control over the post! We are going by Royal Mail's stated 'Last Delivery' times and have brought our cut off times forward so as to avoid any issues but, there may still be delays.</span><br><span color="#ff2a00" style="color: #b74646;">If you have not received your delivery in time for Christmas, we cannot issue a refund based on this. If you would like a refund, this can be done once the parcel has been received and sent back to us by yourself (excluding Personalised & Handmade Items).</span><br><span color="#ff2a00" style="color: #b74646;">If it looks like a parcel has been lost a refund can be given but Royal Mail are asking for delays to be taken into account before declaring as lost. We will be in contact with them to start the proceedings before any refunds can be given.</span></p>
